Long-term health

The subject of long-term health is not particularly existing, sexy, or extravagant. The beauty lies in having a body and mind that is strong, energetic, and happy. To keep chronic illness out of sight, to see your children and grandchildren grow up.
To be the best mother, wife, daughter, and colleague I can be. To be able to do things that I enjoy, keeping illness out of sight and cater for a happy, long, and healthy life – that is the answer to my “why” and drives me every day to do what is necessary with my lifestyle.

Focus on the four pillars of health

By focusing on the four pillars of health a lot of things with your health and current problems that you experience will start to go away. But it needs time, patience and a drive to make a change. But rest assure that your choices matter a lot for the outcome of your health!

With this said, there are no guarantees in life. But if something should happen, I know that I have done all I can to not end up at bad place in life.

  1. I couldn’t agree more Tessan. I feel that I am on a better path now than I have been for the majority of my life. I feel better for it and I am happier so it’s a good way to be.
