2022-02-27 Today’s first proper meal after a 17 hour long fasting window 👌😀

Tallow fried organic pork cutlets, steamed broccoli and brussels sprouts with organic pumpkin seeds, olives, strawberries, pecorino romano cheese, beetroot, sundried tomatoes, brazil-nuts, and nutritional yeast sprinkled on top.

Nutrient information for my first meal

  • Organic port cutlets seasoned with sea salt, lemon pepper salt, rosemary, sage, and thyme
    If you manage to find high quality pork it actually has a very good fat profile.
  • Steamed broccoli and brussels sprouts
    Modulates the bad estrogen in the body.
  • Organic pumpkin seeds
    Good source of zink.
  • Olives
    Good source of antioxidants and healthy fats.
  • Strawberries
    This berry is surprisingly good at modulating the blood sugar and has good amounts of vitamin-c.
  • Pecorino romano cheese
    Gives me calcium, protein and vitamin-k.
  • Beetroot
    Contains nitric oxide which is great for training.
  • Sundried tomatoes
    Rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
  • Brazil-nuts
    Gives me my daily dose of selenium.
  • Nutritional yeast
    Good source of b-vitamins and protein.
