2022-03-12 Today’s first meal. My first meal after a 20 hour fast. When you fast you deprive yourself of calories. That is the point 😉 So, when you do eat make sure that it is nutrient rich to replenish lost minerals and vitamins etc.

  • Tallow fried minced meat from veal
    My selection of protein.
  • Liver from chicken
    Nature’s super food.
  • Steamed broccoli, brussels sprouts and cauliflower
    Modulates the bad estrogen in the body.
  • Organic olives
    Great source of antioxidants and healthy fats.
  • Strawberries
    Good at modulating the blood sugar in the body.
  • Brazil-nuts
    Gives me my daily dose of selenium.
  • Feta cheese

  • Pumpkin seeds
    Great source of zink.
  • Nutritional yeast sprinkled on top
    Gives me b-vitamins and protein.
  • Finished with nori-snacks
    This is a source of natural iodine to assist my thyroid.
