2022-03-18 Making the most of this day

With an awesome HRV of 68 and three hours of deep sleep I truly made the most out of this day. I love waking up and feeling refreshed and energetic. I have had great mental clarity and focus at work and gotten a lot of tasks done. On top of that I also managed a 90-minute strength training workout with core focus and collected 5020 kg. All of this while in a fasted state. All I had to drink was tea, coffee, and my electrolyte mix.

To make the most out of my day in the name of health is one of the most rewarding and satisfying feelings I know.

I am currently on day 10 of my cycle hence I am still in the follicle phase where I am stronger and more stress resilient. Focusing a little bit extra on strength training in this phase is beneficial since estrogen is anabolic just as testosterone. This means that we have better opportunities to build muscle. That is why I am trying to stimulate muscle growth the most in the follicle phase 😊👍
